Somu,   graduate   in  Commerce  from  Loyola College,  Chennai,  is  an  Associate member of the Institute of Chartered  Accountants of  India (‘The ICAI’)   and  qualified  during November 2004.He is presently a Fellow member  of  the ICAI.

He  had  worked  with Chartered Accountancy firms  like  BSR  and  Co  (member of  KPMG network firms ),  R. Bupathy   and   co,   Trans Corporate Advisory  Services  Private  Limited (consultancy wing of CNGSN and Associates), Padmanabhan    Ramani     and      Ramanujam Chartered  Accountants,  carrying  over 5 years of experience in  Accounts, Audit, Taxation and Consulting.

Kamalesh.A.K, Partner B.Com, FCA
